SNACK BAR OPERATOR

Our client, an international organization is looking to hire a Snack Bar Operator who is to provide excellent customer service to patrons by preparing food and drink items and complete cash handling, inventory and other duties as assigned to ensure the successful operation of the snack bar. The incumbent will be working closely with the MWR Clubs Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

· Takes food orders; prepares and performs simple cooking tasks for the same

· Prepares, cooks, seasons and portions according to recipes and menus provided in English

· Operates cash register strictly adhering to proper cash handling procedures and funds protection standards

· Perform reconciliation and balancing of receipts using a Daily Activity Record (DAR’s)

· Conducts daily and monthly inventories and prepare consumption reports

· Maintain cleanliness of the area.

· Maintains highest standards of sanitation at all times

· Maintains temperature controls, labelling and dating consumable items

· Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Required Academic Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

·         Must speak, read and understand English language.

·         Must pass overseas medical screening and be in good health

·         Food Handler Certificate.

·         Adult First Aid, CPR and AED Training Certificate

·         Star Service Training Certificate

·         Cash Handling Certificate · Driver’s license preferred

·         ServSafe

·         High School graduate or related field.

·         Must have a prior food service training or work experience is required.
