Key Responsibilities
- Design order planning and execution processes, to ensure that order fulfillment timelines are met in any case
- Streamlining communication channels between Sales, Operations, Accounts, and other teams
- Build relationships with Marketplace Sellers/logistics partners/third party vendors/payment gateways.
- Assist Marketplace Seller to List product and execute orders.
- Ensure that order execution is as per the agreed processes.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A university degree from a recognized university in a Business, Operations Management, or related discipline
- At least 3 – 5 years with supervisory / management experience in similar environment; experience in a courier industry will have an added advantage.
