Key Responsibilities 

  •  To strategize and negotiate with 3P partners – Should have knowledge of the e-commerce fulfillment process/ order processing life cycle.
  • Should have experience in handling the COD fulfillment process.
  • Should be able to independently draft contracts for various services.
  • Should have exposure to Safety and Compliance requirements in 3P Contracts.
  • Managing the P-to-P process and handling day-to-day challenges related to issues raised by vendors and ensuring timely payment to vendors
  • Maintaining MIS as per the requirement.
  • Process Improvement and Simplification.
  • Design order planning and execution processes, to ensure that order fulfillment timelines are met in any case
  • Streamlining communication channels between Sales, Operations, Accounts, and other teams
  • Build relationships with Marketplace Sellers/logistics partners/third-party vendors/payment gateways.
  • Assist Marketplace Seller to List products and executing orders.
  • Ensure that order execution is as per the agreed processes.

  •   Comprehensive applied knowledge and expertise, gained at a professional level, in all aspects of the area of focus applicable to the specified role.
  • Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
  • Advanced analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking skills.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of the principles and processes of computerized business and operating systems.
  • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
  • Knowledge and understanding of integrated program planning, development, and administration within a public institution environment.
  • Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
  • Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
  • Ability to provide technical guidance and leadership to professional personnel in area of expertise.
  • Ability to develop and present educational programs and/or workshops.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • BA in business administration or related field
  • At least 6 years with supervisory / management experience in similar environment; experience in a courier industry will have an added advantage.
